INCHEON, Sept. 8 (Korea Bizwire) — Incheon International Airport Corporation proudly announced its reattainment of the prestigious Stage 5 certification, the highest tier within the Customer Experience Certification Program.

In a remarkable feat, Incheon Airport had initially clinched Level 5 certification in September of the previous year, making it the world’s inaugural and sole airport to reach this pinnacle. Now, it stands reaffirmed as the paragon of excellence.
The Customer Experience Certification Program, introduced by ACI in 2019, functions akin to the star ratings prevalent in the hotel industry. It serves as a comprehensive evaluation system for assessing customer experience management across global airports.
The certification scale spans from one to five levels, with the higher tiers signifying superior service quality across the airport’s diverse operations, all underpinned by a meticulously structured customer experience management system.
This assessment factors in customer satisfaction, operational enhancements, collaborative frameworks, and service innovation. Notably, this certification remains valid for one year.
