SEOUL, April 10 (Korea Bizwire) — The Incheon Metropolitan City Government announced that it will hold a marathon for people and their pets at the Songdo Moonlight Festival Park in October.
The marathon will see both pets and their owners run a 6-kilometer course together.
The marathon will accept some 10,000 participants. The entry price is 45,000 won (US$34.10). The final date will be announced soon.
“Each participant will be donating a kilogram of food to Incheon’s animal protection center,” a city official said.
