SEOUL, Sep. 27 (Korea Bizwire) – Jung Jin-su who won a gold medal in team fencing at the 17th Asian Games in Incheon called banana a secret to his feat, stating that he could gain his stamina by taking in bananas instead of a meal during his training.

The fruit also eases depression by triggering serotonin to be secreted in a body
