SEJONG, May 25 (Korea Bizwire) — The Korea Customs Service said Wednesday that 14 drug-sniffing dogs, which have undergone training, are now available for adoption.
These Labrador retrievers successfully completed the basic detection training; however, they were later disqualified from the final training stage.
Those interested in adopting one of these dogs may submit registration documents until June 7.
The adoption process will involve reviewing the submitted documents, conducting a residence check, and deliberation by the detection dog adoption committee.
The dogs are scheduled to be delivered on July 21.
Upon adoption, the customs agency will provide training for the adopting families and offer support to ensure a smooth adjustment for the dogs.
