SEOUL, Jan. 30 (Korea Bizwire) — Le Cordon Bleu, an internationally acclaimed school of culinary arts, will introduce a new course on Korean temple cuisine.
The course will be offered as a part of the vegetable diet program in Le Cordon Bleu London for three months in March and October this year.
“While there were special lectures on Korean temple cuisine in the past, this is the first time to include it in a regular course,” said Ven. Wonkyung, head of the Cultural Corps of Korean Buddhism.
“We’ve been visiting Le Cordon Bleu’s main campus to introduce Korean temple food to students, which led to discussions on opening up a new course on the food.”
