SEOUL, Feb. 11 (Korea Bizwire) – Gyeongbokgung and Changgyeonggung Palaces will be open for nighttime viewing from February 11 to 16 and February 10 to 15 respectively. Gyeongbokgung will be open from 7 pm to 9 pm with the last entrance at 8 pm, while Changgyeonggung will be open from 7 pm to 10 pm with the last entrance at 9 pm.

Koreans are particularly fond of taking walks at old palaces during the evening or night. On February 4, 25,000 tickets that had been prepared for advance reservations sold out in less than ten minutes on the internet and by phone.

Non-Korean visitors can reserve tickets by phone (1566-1369) or purchase on-site. The daily on-site purchase quota for Non-Korean visitors is 50 for Changgyeonggung and 150 for Gyeongbokgung.
