SEOUL, Sept.1 (Korea Bizwire) – The operators of the food delivery application ‘Yogiyo’ announced that they have started a 24-hour service.
The customer satisfaction center as well as the delivery service center, which were previously both open from 10 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. the next day, started a 24-hour service on August 17. Officials explained that Yogiyo’s 24-hour service reflects the demands of consumers and restaurant owners.
In the meantime, the percentage of calls answered at Yogiyo reached an average of 92 percent, which was a nine percent increase compared to the previous quarter. However, the real rate is close to 100 percent considering that some callers hung up before being connected.
Yogiyo officials are determined to provide more convenient service to their users. “We plan to adopt the Net Promoter Score evaluation system so that our users can be satisfied.”
