Because the community service center is located in a commercial area lacking parking spaces, residents had difficulty parking when they had civil affairs to take care of. However, with the opening of the drive-thru, residents can have documents issued while they sit in their car.

Kim Young-hwan (58), who had a family relations certificate issued through the drive-thru, commented that the new service was very convenient. “Before, I had to drive around in circles to park. It took 20 to 30 minutes to get one document. But it only took five minutes today. More policies like this should be implemented. It really helps to make life more convenient.”
