SEOUL, Oct. 23 (Korea Bizwire) —  Porsche Korea has unveiled the 911 Spirit 70, a limited-edition reinterpretation of the brand’s classic design heritage, marking its first domestic appearance.

The 911 Spirit 70 is the third model in Porsche’s Heritage Design Strategy, blending vintage aesthetics with modern hybrid performance. Based on the 911 Carrera GTS Cabriolet Hybrid, it features a newly developed 3.6-liter boxer engine paired with an electric turbocharger, producing 541 horsepower and 62.2 kg·m of torque.

The exterior debuts an “Olive Neo” finish — a deep green with modern metallic tones — contrasted with “Bronzite” gray-gold accents on the front, rear, and Fuchs-style sport wheels. Inside, the cabin combines black leather with the Olive Neo shade, featuring a checkered “Pasha” fabric reminiscent of Porsche’s 1970s designs.

Adding to its nostalgic appeal, the car bears the original 1963 Porsche crest, along with heritage badges on the front fenders and rear grille. Only 1,500 units of the convertible will be produced worldwide, with Korean sales starting in October at 326 million won (about US$235,000).

Alongside the 911 Spirit 70, Porsche also introduced the 911 GT3 Touring Package to celebrate 25 years of the GT3 lineage. Powered by a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine generating 510 horsepower, the model accelerates from zero to 100 kilometers per hour in 3.4 seconds and reaches a top speed of 311 km/h.

Both new 911 variants benefit from improved aerodynamics, including redesigned diffusers and underbody fins for increased downforce. Korean buyers can choose optional carbon-fiber reinforced bucket seats, while rear seats are standard.

The 911 GT3 and 911 GT3 Touring Package will each retail from 271.7 million won, including tax — reaffirming Porsche’s dominance in Korea’s ultra-luxury sports car market.
