SEOUL, May 20 (Korea Bizwire) — In Noeul Park near Seoul World Cup Stadium, a special forest established and managed by senior citizens in their 50s and 60s will be established. Seoul Metropolitan City will create the eco forest on June 5, one day after Environment Day. Around 500 Seoul citizens aged over 50 will join the project.
The eco forest will be created in the land nearby the Park Golf Course and the trails of the Noeul Park. Some 500 lilacs and euonymus will be planted. The forest will be managed by senior citizens who join the project. Those who want to join the project can register at Seoul Senior Center (http://www.seoulsenior.or.kr).
