The Jisin-bapgi ritual features masked individuals who sing and dance while praying to jisin, an earth deity who guides households to peace and prosperity. The ritual usually takes place during the Great Full Moon days.

Following the ritual and a performance of a pungmulpae, a Korean folk band, several playful traditional games and mask dances took place. Visitors at the park could also participate in the making of rice cakes and traditional ornaments.
