SEOUL, Oct. 11 (Korea Bizwire) – South Korea will host the Seoul International Aerospace & Defense Exhibition 2023, starting next week, featuring domestic military technology.
This six-day event will include 550 companies from 35 countries, expecting 290,000 visitors, including 114 military officials from 55 countries.
The exhibition will highlight homegrown aircraft and equipment, and the U.S. military will showcase F-22 and FA-18G aircraft to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the South Korea-U.S. alliance.
Defense chiefs from nine countries will attend, and South Korea aims to become the world’s fourth-largest defense exporter by 2027.
