SEOUL, Oct. 29 (Korea Bizwire) — A local university in Gyeonggi Province has introduced augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technology in classrooms, receiving a positive response from the students.
Gachon University Medical Campus, located in the city of Incheon, introduced AR and VR technology in exercise physiology course.
Students listen to the lecture with VR headsets on. Via the display, they can zoom into various parts of organs, including the heart, lungs, and others, as they listen to the professor’s commentary.
The school announced that it has introduced 32 VR headsets for this course, along with a wireless access point installed inside the classroom.
