SEOUL, Oct. 4 (Korea Bizwire) — Two in three patients with addiction to gambling are in their 20s and 30s.
According to the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service, 5,113 people have been diagnosed with gambling addiction thus far, 67.8 percent of whom were in their 20s and 30s.
The number of patients in their teens or early 20s increased from 199 in 2014 to 479 in 2018.
