SEOUL, March 4 (Korea Bizwire) — LG Electronics Inc. said Thursday it has launched a new indoor gardening appliance that allows users to grow plants on top of dining tables.
LG tiiun mounted with seed kits, allows users to grow plants simply by inserting water and nutrients and turning on the light.
Since it has an open structure without a separate door, the appliance enables users to watch the growth of their plants more closely.
The LED lighting in the top of the appliance helps plants grow healthy even in spaces that lack sunlight.
The brand-new model allows users to grow plants using kits that contain a full range of seeds.
In particular, the seed kits do not use soil, thereby generating no dust and the type of plants that can be grown varies from flowers to herbs and vegetables.
