SEOUL, May 10 (Korea Bizwire) – The Cheonggyecheon is an 11-kilometer-long stream that flows through downtown Seoul. It was reborn in 2005 as a public recreational space after the removal of an elevated expressway, and extensive transformation and restoration efforts.
The stream now hosts various events and exhibitions throughout the year. Coming up in May, the Seoul Metropolitan Facilities Management Corporation is hosting a fashion show themed ‘Communicating with Seniors’ on the night of May 14. Models will be 50 to 80 years of age and the oldest contestant, Yang-ja Park, is 90 years old.
