To maintain the ice, Uijeongbu has hired four world-class ice makers and implemented a carbon dioxide chilling method for the first time in South Korea.

The rink also has the distinction of being the only curling facility in the country to have a storage compartment for stones kept at the same temperature as the ice. (Image: Yonhap)

    Hi,

How many curling rinks and curlers does Korea have? I heard a thousand curlers but not sure how many rinks. Cheers.
