What’s noteworthy about the latest music video is that all scenes were filmed in Sweden’s Stockholm streets, making it feel like an atmospheric movie with exotic imagery and addictive beat. The melody “Ask Me” from the beginning of the song signals the song’s title “Because the Answer is You,” with the guitar riffs reminiscent of Santana.
The video stands out in its attempt to fuse multiple genres of music including jazz, hip-hop, and rock. Vixx has for years shown different sides of them in every album such as “Vampire,” “Jekyll,” and “Hyde,” setting the tone for all other idol groups. In the latest album, Vixx is also expected to show off whole-new music performance.
