SEOUL, March 15 (Korea Bizwire) — South Korean food and entertainment giant CJ Group said Tuesday it is developing an artificial intelligence (AI)-based copywriter that can create marketing phrases optimized for customer preferences.
The AI copywriter will automatically produce customer-tailored phrases for use in marketing campaigns once basic promotional information is input.
Conversational and figurative expressions will be provided for customers with emotional tendencies, while phrases with a focus on quantified data will be created for customers with rational tendencies.
CJ plans to upgrade the quality of its services through big data learning in various categories such as food, beauty, fashion and entertainment, analysis of customer tendencies and automatic learning that reflects user feedback.
It also intends to subdivide functions by marketing channel such as mobile messages and email, as well as to include a foreign language function for use in global marketing on a gradual basis.
