SEOUL, Sept. 6 (Korea Bizwire) — Going forward spectators watching professional baseball and football matches will be able to do so in a more pleasant environment.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has provided eight baseball stadiums and five football stadiums with cooling fog machines to cope with fine dust and hot temperatures and to help spectators enjoy a pleasant outdoor professional sports viewing environment.
The new devices, which will go into operation from the end of this month, are machines that produce and sprays artificial mist of up to 20 μm.
The cooling fog absorbs dust and heat from the air, which helps reduce fine dust and lower air temperatures.
