SEOUL, April 9 (Korea Bizwire) – South Korean hip-hop trio Epik High will start a North American concert tour that will take them to six U.S. and Canadian cities next month, its agency said Thursday.
This marks the first time in six years the group will hold a solo concert in the United States and the first time ever in Canada.
Epik High will perform in San Francisco on May 28, Los Angeles on May 29, Vancouver on May 31, Dallas, Texas, on June 5, New York on June 12 and Toronto on June 14, YG Entertainment said.
Before the tour, the trio will hold concerts in Manila on April 18 and Hong Kong on April 19 and perform in eight Japanese cities between May 3 and 24.
In October, Epik High released its 8th album “Shoebox” and hit No. 2 and No. 7 on iTunes’ regional hip-hop/R&B charts in Canada and the U.S. and topped the Billboard‘s World Albums chart.
