SEOUL, Aug. 27 (Korea Bizwire) — Seoul’s Gangnam District is distributing tag holders to restaurants and other multi-purpose facilities that can be used to inform others about whether each group of customers includes a COVID-19 vaccine recipient.
In accordance with the government’s vaccination incentives policy, the district came up with the initiative to prevent unnecessary complaints when a group of four or less that includes at least two vaccine recipients visits a restaurant or a cafe after 6 p.m.
Once a QR code verifies that a customer has received the vaccine, a tag holder is set up where they sit to let others know that the group includes recipients of the vaccine.
Restaurants and cafes are welcoming the new initiative as the district continues to give out tag holders.
