SEOUL, Oct. 28 (Korea Bizwire) — Hyundai Motor Group plans to produce a kid’s version of the 45, a miniature-sized electric vehicle (EV) concept.
Hyundai unveiled a video on Tuesday showing how the derived EV model for kids is being made and designed after the mini-sized EV.
The mini-EV for kids comes with Hyundai’s Emotion Adaptive Vehicle Control (EAVC) technology that allows the vehicle to react to facial expressions of young drivers.
EAVC can respond to the emotions and physical condition of the driver by automatically adjusting various functions such as music and light. The technology will be used for future mobility platforms and self-driving vehicles.
Hyundai said the mini-EV isn’t available for sale or exhibition. It will be designed to test the potential of future mobility while taking advantage of the EAVC technology for purposes such as child treatment.
