Iksan, Apr. 5 (Korea Bizwire) — The city of Iksan, North Jeolla Province will be opening a plant clinic at the Agricultural Technology Service Center on Friday.
The clinic, comprised of a greenhouse treatment unit, recuperation unit, essential equipment, and two regular staff, will be in charge of treating plants damaged by diseases, pests, abnormal temperature, and transplant failures.
Iksan residents will be able to receive clinical services for their plants free of charge.
Appointments for treatment and other inquiries can be made at the Agricultural Technology Service Center (063-859-4978).
“Plants, like human beings, respond better to treatment when symptoms are detected at an early stage, so prompt treatment is vital,” said the center.
“The clinic will educate visitors on how to take care of their plants.”
