SEOUL, May 4 (Korea Bizwire) – LG Electronics presents its main EV components at the 28th International Electric Vehicle Symposium & Exhibition (EVS28) from May 3 to 6. The company exhibits its e-PT (electric PowerTrain), drive units and compressors, including its B-ISG, a 48V Belt-Integrated Starter and Generator that is a leap forward from the company’s conventional 12V B-ISG in terms of output and power efficiency.
The company also presents a light automobile platform that is 20 percent lighter than typical models. On May 5, e-PT department director Yang Woong-Pil will also give a talk about battery packs designed for long distance driving.
