Among the new AI-powered services to be developed is a mobile kiosk, which will be adopted at Lotte Group’s fast food and coffeehouse chains including Lotteria and Angel-in-us Coffee.
By allowing customers to make orders with a voice-recognition chatbot just like how they speak to staff members, the new technology is expected to disperse long lines at stores.

More complicated orders like “Two bulgogi burgers, one with a coke and the other with a lemonade, and both with fries,” will also be understood. (Image: Yonhap)
For instance, saying “Get me one bulgogi burger,” will be returned with further questions such as, “Do you want a set menu?”
