SEOUL, April 23 (Korea Bizwire) — Hyundai Motor Co. on Wednesday launched a refreshed version of the Kona, the automaker’s flagship small sport utility vehicle (SUV), with expanded safety and convenience features.
The revamped Kona also comes with a new trim level named H-Pick, which includes a range of features as standard, such as blind-spot collision-avoidance assist and roof racks.
The price of the entry-level Modern trim remains unchanged from the previous year’s model, despite expanded standard features.
Upper trims have also received notable upgrades, with the Premium trim now coming with a smart power tailgate, wireless smartphone charging and touch-type door handles as standard.
“The revamped Kona has enhanced its overall competitiveness by adding the new H-Pick trim, which offers essential features at a reasonable price, along with expanded convenience features,” a Hyundai Motor official said.
