SEOUL, Sept. 29 (Korea Bizwire) — Samsung Electronics’ cordless vacuum cleaner has earned top marks from leading consumer publications in the United States and Europe, reinforcing the company’s push to expand its premium home appliance brand.
The Bespoke AI Jet 400W was ranked the No. 1 cordless stick vacuum in Consumer Reports’ “Best Cordless Vacuums of 2025.” The American watchdog cited the model’s strong cleaning performance on bare floors, carpets and pet hair, as well as the longest average operating time among tested devices. Samsung also scored the highest in brand trust, outpacing the next nine brands by more than 20 points.
In the United Kingdom, Which?, a respected consumer advocacy magazine, placed the model first in its own testing, praising both technology and performance. Samsung’s cordless vacuums have also swept comparative evaluations in five European markets, including the Netherlands, Italy and Spain.
The accolades follow recognition earlier this year from the American Customer Satisfaction Index, which created a vacuum cleaner category for the first time. Samsung was ranked No. 1 for ease of use and service quality.
