LAS VEGAS, Jan. 7 (Korea Bizwire) – Samsung Electronics Co. on Sunday unveiled its ambitious vision for the future of technology, showcasing an array of artificial intelligence-powered innovations and a commitment to sustainability at the upcoming CES 2024.

The world’s largest smartphone and memory chip manufacturer will run a 3,934-square-meter showroom at the Las Vegas Convention Center, the largest among corporate participants, at the annual tech show from Tuesday to Friday.

The exhibit will not only feature its latest technologies and AI-powered products but will also underscore its dedication to eco-friendly values and sustainability.

Samsung Electronics said it aims to demonstrate its unwavering global leadership in screen technology with the introduction of next-generation screen products.

Among the highlights were the Neo QLED 8K TV and the cutting-edge NQ8 AI Gen3 Processor, promising faster speeds and an enhanced neural network.

Televisions showcased at CES 2024 will be equipped with the Samsung Daily+ function, offering users an overview of content and information, along with popular titles and recently watched content.

The company also comes up with new products with the latest microLED displays, which use ultrafine LED devices to create flexible, highly bright and efficient displays.

Samsung Electronics’ AI technology is applied to its home appliances to present its latest kitchen innovations, along with SmartThings connectivity aimed at creating an upgraded food and kitchen ecosystem.

In the 2024 Bespoke refrigerator, AI keeps track of all food and groceries in and out of the fridge and alerts the user to consume foods that are about to expire.

Its washing machines, dryers and robot cleaners also offer AI-led services.

Samsung Electronics earlier announced a collaboration with Tesla Inc., set to be unveiled during CES 2024.

This collaboration will integrate Samsung’s SmartThing Energy with Tesla products, providing users with valuable insights into energy production, storage and usage.

In a move toward sustainable living, Samsung Electronics will also showcase its new environmental strategy, fostering the use of energy- and resource-efficient products for sustainable living.

Themed “Towards a Better Future,” the company’s pavilion is full of products made from recycled materials developed by the Circular Economy Lab.

The Lab, created in 2022 to conduct comprehensive research on material recycling technologies and resource extraction processes, has contributed to the company’s efforts to use recycled plastics in its new products.

Samsung Electronics said it has also used recycled plastic materials for the walls of this year’s CES showroom, reusing some of the recycled plastic walls used at the IFA 2023 exhibition center.

An archive wall in the showroom presents its specific recycling efforts for its products, including the various recycled materials used in new products, and the company’s upcycling projects.
