The joint fighters stressed the urgent need for a budget for special transportation to address the issue of mobility for the disabled. A surprise subway-riding protest at Myeongdong Station caused delays for 25 minutes on the up line and 26 minutes on the down line. Tomorrow, they plan to board the subway at 8 a.m. in various parts of downtown Seoul before moving to City Hall for a final rally.
