SEOUL, Aug. 6 (Korea Bizwire) — A low-cost airliner offers more discounts to passengers purchasing their tickets through its mobile application.
Eastar Jet, a budget carrier, announced that it will hold a promotional event giving up to a 77-percent special discount depending on the date and the time to the passengers booking their seats through the mobile app from August 4 to 31.
The passengers can purchase the discounted tickets to fly between September 1 and March 28 next year. The mobile app’s special pricing offers a one-way ticket to Jeju at the price of 29,900 won (US$29) during the weekdays, 34,900 won ($33.90) during the weekends and 36,900 won ($35.80) during the peak season and peak time of weekends.
For the discounted prices, the passengers need to install the Eastar Jet Mobile Application into their smart devices and sign up for registration.
An official at the airliner said, “As ticket booking through the app increases recently, we prepared the event for the passengers. As a low-cost airliner, we will offer differentiated services and various ticket pricing plans for the passengers.”
