The well-established benefits of barefoot walking are widely recognized. Meandering along moist earth paths, breathing in the fresh, invigorating air, and basking in the sunlight trigger the release of serotonin, commonly known as the “happy hormone.”

Furthermore, barefoot walking engages a broader range of muscles compared to conventional footwear, promoting muscle growth and enhancing balance.

These advantages are particularly valuable for individuals who spend extended periods seated at work, as barefoot walking serves as a natural source of vitamin D, helping to alleviate stress.
