SEOUL, Korea, Feb 19 (Korea Bizwire) – The en world group (President: Craig Saphin), a recruiting agency helping multinational companies employ managers and mid-level professionals in seven countries with 11 offices in the Asia Pacific region, announced that it will further strengthen the business in South Korea in order to generate a synergistic effect with their best practices.

Since the launch of their services in South Korea in 2012, en world group has been highly successful in the region, thanks to their local Korean/English bilingual consultants who have decades of experience in the recruitment industry.  As a part of this effort, the company has defined certain focused industries and job types in order to best respond to the needs of candidates and clients. In 2014, en world Korea will double the number of staff focusing on industries with the highest demand, such as IT, industrial machinery and goods, consumer goods, and health care. They will focus on management-level professionals and executive positions.

In a new initiative, en world Korea will leverage the company’s Japanese heritage to strengthen services for Japanese companies in South Korea, by establishing a Japan desk service.  The Japan Desk Service will have consulting services available in Japanese and Korean.  This service will be fulfilled with the assignment of local staff who speak both Japanese and Korean.  Clients can expect high matching accuracy of candidates who are selected based on their understanding of local corporate culture and convention, as well as assistance in Korea to accelerate their business. In addition to candidates based in Korea, en world Korea staff can access candidates living throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

Craig Saphin, President of en world group stated, “We entered the Korean market in order to respond to both the high demand by multinational companies for bilingual professionals, and professionals’ needs for appropriate consulting services aimed at developing their careers. Since the launch of the service, we have achieved strong results exceeding our expectations. This is due to our focus on industries with high demand.  The results show that the local market has welcomed our high quality services specializing in managers and mid-level professionals, which has been our specialty since 1999.

Simon Kim, President of en world Korea explained, “A key success factor to our growth has been our talented consultants who have built trusted relationships with customers through direct negotiations with the both the Korea-based offices and head offices of multinational companies, while working closely with the local offices in Korea.  This business expansion will continue to increase our competitive edge in order to meet the needs of both clients and candidates.”

en world group helps clients secure top human resources across Asia while also supporting excellent candidates with the ability to be active across borders.
