SEOUL, July 6 (Korea Bizwire) — Hyundai Oilbank Co., a major South Korean oil refiner, opened on Monday a secondhand transactions platform dubbed ‘Blue Market’ within its bonus card application ‘Blue.’
Without the need for separate authentication and procedure, members can trade secondhand goods at Hyundai Oilbank’s 352 direct-run gas stations across the country.
The company said that the competitiveness of Blue Market lies in its safety and easy accessibility.
The company noted that consumers can easily access gas stations that are located in major traffic points, adding that the gas stations are also a safe place to trade secondhand goods since they have CCTV cameras and are staffed.
In particular, the gas stations have a parking space, making it more convenient for consumers to trade large-sized secondhand goods transported by car, the refiner added.
