SEOUL, Aug. 29 (Korea Bizwire) — Fashion pieces made of leftover car seats by Hyundai Motor Group will appear at New York Fashion Week.
Hyundai announced on Wednesday that Hyundai Transys Inc., an auto parts affiliate, and ready-to-wear fashion brand Zero + Maria Cornejo created an eco-friendly fashion piece collection.
Taking four months to create, the collection will appear at the trendy Public Kitchen restaurant in New York on September 6, the opening night of the 2020 S/S New York Fashion Week.
Upcycled t-shirts will be available for sale in limited quantities, and the profits raised will be donated to a global environmental organization.
