SEOUL, Nov. 8 (Korea Bizwire) — Korean merchandise is attracting U.S. customers at America’s largest shopping mall in the Northeast region of the country.
The state-run Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) hosted the K-Lifestyle event at American Dream mall in New Jersey, the United States, on Friday to assist Korean firms export consumer goods to the U.S.
The sales event, which lasted for four days, is one of the largest exhibitions to be held since the coronavirus outbreak, designed to support 53 Korean businesses from the beauty, food, fashion, and other sectors to enter the U.S. market.
The exhibition showcased samples provided by these companies, placing a QR code on each item to enable online orders.
The event was held at a major shopping mall instead of an exhibition hall to attract more local residents.
