SEOUL, June 3 (Yonhap) – South Korean DJ Soda released her debut EP under a contract with Warner Music Korea, the music recording company said Friday.
Dubbed “Closer,” her EP was released on music streaming services on Thursday at midnight. The four-song album consists of the lead song “Kung Fu Dab,” “Interstellar Love,” “Ball Bullet” and “22 Cities.”
The album was produced by DJ Soda and co-compiled by Eight Bulls and Next Level.
“We have great expectations for DJ Soda’s potential and musical talent,” a Warner Music Korea official said.
In April, the South Korean DJ became the first South Korean headliner of the S2O Songkran Music Festival, a global DJ festival in Bangkok.
Last year, the DJ raised her global recognition, performing in 22 major cities in nine countries.
