INJE, Feb. 27 (Korea Bizwire) — Though North Korean cheerleaders have left PyeongChang following the end of the Winter Olympics, their messages of unification in the visitor’s book at a local hotel continue to leave an impression on South Koreans.
The guest book in the form of a unified Korea at Inje Speedium Hotel is filled with messages left by members of the North Korean cheerleading squad who stayed at the hotel during the Winter Olympics.
Messages of unification dominated the guest book, which was set up on Sunday, a day before the cheerleaders returned to North Korea.
Some of the messages included ‘Let’s meet on the day of unification,’ and ‘The spring of unification is coming’.
Conductor Lee Eun-jung personally thanked Inje Speedium for hosting them.
The North Korean cheerleading squad returned to North Korea on Monday after spending 19 days in South Korea cheering on both North Korean and South Korean athletes during the Olympics.
