SEOUL, July 9 (Korea Bizwire)The song “Lost Stars” from the American comedy-drama film “Begin Again” was ranked as the most popular film music in Korea over the past four years.

According to the analysis by Mnet.com, a music streaming site run by CJ E&M, “Lost Stars”, performed by Adam Levine of Maroon 5, ranked first on the OST chart. It analyzed sales results (download + streaming) for all the OST soundtracks from September 9, 2011, to July 5 of this year.

Released in 2013, Begin Again is a musical film starring Keira Knightley, Mark Ruffalo and Adam Levine. Befitting the genre, six of its OST tracks ranked in top 10, and 10 tracks were ranked within the top 30. 

Meanwhile, South Korean vocalist Lee Seung-chul had three songs on the OST list. His tracks “Jasmine Flower” and “Western Sky,” from the Korean film “Blue Swallow” (2005), ranked second and 14th respectively and “No One Else” from the 2009 film “More than Blue” ranked fifth.

In addition, “How Long Will I Love,” a track from “About Time” performed by Ellie Goulding secured third place, and Sung Si-kyung’s “Hie-jae,” a from the Korean film “Scent of Love” (2003) ranked 8th.
