SEOUL, Sept. 18 (Korea Bizwire) – On Monday, Pro-Specs announced a new service called ‘One Spec’ that allows you to create personalized sneakers tailored to the shape of your own feet.
Here’s how it works: You simply take a photo of your feet using your smartphone and then upload it to the official Pro-Specs website. If you have wide feet or high arches and find regular off-the-shelf shoes uncomfortable, this service is especially convenient. You can even have your initials engraved on your customized shoes.
Pro-Specs also made waves when it partnered with Hankook Tire to launch the ENERJETxiON carbon running shoe.
Depending on the width of the ball of your foot, you can choose between a standard fit or a more relaxed fit. Plus, you have the option to select from three different levels of padding for added comfort.
Keep in mind that this customization is currently available only for Pro-Specs’ new fall-winter product, the Energet 4. It takes about four weeks to craft your customized pair.
The idea for this personalized service was inspired by Pro-Specs’ ‘I wish you well, your steps’ campaign back in 2020.
