SEOUL, Sept. 3 (Korea Bizwire) — WeMakePrice, a local open market operator, announced Wednesday that it will expand the ‘Fresh Food Quality Guarantee Program’ that promises a full refund if customers aren’t satisfied with the quality of fresh food, to cover all agricultural, fisheries, and livestock products.
The new initiative comes after the program was first offered for fresh meat and dry fruit products, and the return rate came close to 0 percent.
Purchasing a product with a ‘quality guarantee’ certification label from WeMakePrice allows customers to request a full refund until the day after receiving the product, without having to pay to send it back.
In celebration of the new initiative, WeMakePrice is offering pork belly and bulgogi at a discounted price, and the company is also issuing 10 percent discount coupons for purchasing ‘quality guarantee’ products.
