ANYANG, South Korea, Aug 29, 2013 (Korea Bizwire) – Breeze & BridgeCo., Ltd, a company that attracted a lot of attention from the education industry three months ago after the launch of their active learning travel workbook ‘QR’s Jolly – Gyeongju’ has announced that they will release a Gongju/Buyeo and Jeju edition on August 23rd.

The biggest event for South Korea’s 5th to 6th grade elementary school students and teachers after an enjoyable summer vacation has ended and a new semester is about to begin, is a school trip. However, these school trips can easily become just another domestic travel that leaves no remarkable memories for students and teachers. Could these domestic trips not only become more educational but also more fun and informative?

The Breeze & Bridge designed ‘QR learning’ to provide a tool, via a workbook, that enables students to easily experience the entertaining cultural heritage and ecological environments found in the different regions of South Korea. The QR learning workbook is comprised of images and QR codes that will keep students engaged in the learning process. Even its design has not been overlooked; it has a simple, lightweight body with a strap, making it very convenient carrying for students.

Along with workbooks, the free QR learning app available in the Google play provides comics, games and other contents related to South Korean cultural heritage. Users can simply access additional contents by shooting QR codes. A research group consisting of elementary school teachers joined the production of the app first hand, and by taking advantage of QR code, the app makes students feel more curious and intrigued about history.

In addition to the April release of ‘QR’s Jolly – Gyeongju,’ the August release of the new Gongju/Buyeo and Jeju editions will highlight areas that have become popular places for school trips. In September a Gangwon edition will be launched.

The ‘Jeju edition,’ especially, contains high quality content that includes aerial photographs that give views of Baekrokdam in Hanra Mountain in South Korea. It will also include previously unreleased photos that feature the natural heritage of Jeju. These components help convey the genuine value of Jeju to users.

“With this smart learning tool, one that proves its real worth outside of the classroom, students can feel the enjoyment of completing educational missions, learning various things without even knowing it,” said CEO of the Breeze & Bridge, Rachel Kim, “We will continue to develop brilliant, smart learning tools and content that will serve as a necessary instrument in the learning environment.”

The Breeze & Bridge Co., Ltd develops educational platforms for teachers, smart learning contents for students, contents to improve the public education and operates global smart content services: analyzing targeted customers and service operations.
