SEOUL, April 12 (Korea Bizwire)The Korea Baseball Organization (KBO) clubs are stepping up to attract fans through various marketing strategies as the government lifts quarantine restrictions.

NC Dinos will introduce an artificial intelligence (AI) system named Dynamic Pricing this year, which will be in charge of setting ticket prices for home games.

Ticket prices are determined based on a number of variables including the seating area, weather, the opponent, the date of the match and the starting pitcher, which allows for certain tickets to be sold at an affordable price.

In fact, a number of outfield seat tickets for a weekday match have been sold for only 1,800 won (US$1.46) this year.
