SEOUL, Aug. 24 (Korea Bizwire) — The Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) secretariat said Tuesday it will invite participants to its Cinema Together program, which was designed to enable participants to enjoy movies together with mentors like directors and actors during the festival period.
Cinema Together is a program that allows movie spectators and mentors serving in various areas to watch movies and talk together.
For this year’s festival, 16 film directors, actors, commentators and music directors will participate as mentors.
During the festival period, one mentor will form a team with about 10 spectators. Together, they will watch four or five films selected by the mentors and share views and stories about the movies.
Those who want to participate in the program need to apply through the BIFF official website during the period from Aug. 24 to Sept. 11.
