SEOUL, Sep. 17 (Korea Bizwire) - CJ Group staged its 5th “Friends of K-Culture” event on September 15 for expatriates in Korea who could enjoy first-hand taste of uniquely Korean dining and cuisine culture.
Ten invitees including Thiao Poggio Padua, Brazilian ambassador to Korea, and Edit Csaba, wife of Hungarian ambassador to Korea, got a chance to learn making Korean culinary dishes such as Galbi-jjim (braised short ribs), and Songpyeon(half-moon-shaped rice cake) especially for celebrating Korean Thanksgiving day, with CJ’s professional chef in attendance.
“I’ve never cooked Korean dishes for myself. At the event, I came to know morel about Korean traditional foods,” Mr. Padua said.
