SEOUL, Jun. 5 (Korea Bizwire) –Hyundai Motor Company has introduced the 2025 Grandeur, a revamped version of its flagship sedan, the company announced on June 5.
Since its debut in 1986, the Grandeur, once nicknamed the “executive car,” has been Hyundai’s signature sedan. Last year, it solidified its position as a best-selling vehicle in South Korea, with 113,047 units sold.
All trims of the new Grandeur come standard with the Lane Follow Assist 2 (LFA 2) intelligent safety system.
This upgraded version expands the operational range of the front camera and reinforces the steering control method, improving the vehicle’s ability to maintain its central lane position compared to the previous LFA system.
Customers can opt for the Black Exterior Package, which applies a black finish to elements like the grille and emblems.
Additionally, the steering wheel grip detection feature, which was popular among customers, has been made standard across all trims. The scope of wireless software updates (OTA) has also been extended to include the climate control system.
Other new features on the 2025 Grandeur include an electronic shift column vibration warning function and an interior fire extinguisher.
Despite introducing these new capabilities, Hyundai has minimized the price increase to the 200,000 won range.
The company is also offering a special promotion for customers who sign a new contract for the Grandeur this month and take delivery by September.
For any exterior damage occurring within the first year or 20,000 kilometers, Hyundai will cover repairs or replacements up to a specified amount.
