SEOUL, July 14 (Korea Bizwire) — Kia Corp., South Korea’s second-biggest carmaker, said Thursday it will open a popup store in Seongsu-dong, eastern Seoul to support the growth of e-sports.
Named Earth 6A3, the store will feature captivating displays that take visitors on a virtual journey, immersing them in the world of professional gaming.
The store’s interior is divided into six parallel world spaces and three reality spaces, each carefully designed to correspond with the numerical representation in its name.
Section 1 replicates the real world, while Section 2 offers insights into becoming a professional gamer. Section 3 explores the lives of professional gamers.
Earth 6A3 will be open to the public until the end of this month, from noon to 8 p.m. To visit the popup store, visitors are required to pre-book online.
