SEOUL, Sept. 25 (Korea Bizwire) – LG Electronics made an announcement on Monday about their new product, the LG Gram Fold. This is a unique laptop because it can fold and unfold, something no other Korean brand has introduced before.
The LG Gram Fold is able to do this because it uses a special kind of screen called OLED, which is very thin and flexible. Unlike other screens, OLED doesn’t need a backlight. When you open it up, the laptop is as thin as 9.4mm at its thickest part. When fully open, the screen is 17 inches big, and when folded, it becomes a 12-inch screen.
LG Electronics has also improved how the laptop connects to other devices like keyboards, tablets, and e-readers. For example, if you fold the screen in a small space, you can use a virtual keyboard that appears on the bottom screen. If you don’t like virtual keyboards, you can attach a Bluetooth keyboard to the bottom screen.
When you fold the screen in the middle, like a book, it automatically changes to an e-book mode, adjusting the screen to make it easier to read. You can even use a touch pen to write or draw on it, just like you would on a tablet.
The LG Gram Fold has a high-quality OLED touch display. It’s powered by Intel’s newest 13th Gen processor and the latest low-power memory.
