SEOUL, March 28 (Korea Bizwire) – On February 8, when two police officers rushed to a convenience store in Beomgil-dong, Busan, after an emergency call from the owner, they chuckled – A golden retriever sat calmly in front of the checkout counter wagging her tail as the store’s owner stood petrified not knowing what to do.
The retriever had run away from her home nearby and managed to slip in to the store. The owner was terrified at the sight of a big dog roaming the store, although this happy retriever was not at all threatening.
The police soon discovered that a missing animal report had been filed by the dog’s owner the same day, and safely returned the gentle canine to its home.
The story was shared on the Busan Metropolitan Police Agency’s Facebook page last Sunday.
