SEOUL, April 20 (Korea Bizwire) — A smartphones made by Samsung Electronic Co. reportedly blocked a Russian bullet from killing a Ukrainian soldier.
The U.S. social media platform Reddit posted a video in which a Ukrainian soldier was recently hit by a Russian assault, but a Samsung’s Galaxy smartphone kept the man alive.
The video posted on Reddit’s Ukraine War Video Report shows a Ukrainian soldier removing his smartphone from his pocket.
The smartphone was seen with the bullet, which pierced the smartphone and ripped its protective case.
The size and shape of the smartphone in the video are identical to either the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE or Galaxy S20 Plus.
